Liz
6/2/2016: Friendly, outgoing, white chest, very pretty girl.
6/12/2016: Lizzy is a beautiful, sweet, copper-colored brindle who loves to be loved on and whose tail is always wagging. She had no problem with the stairs, gets along well with my grey, is eating well and has had no accidents. She's learning that what's mine is not necessarily hers and responds well when told no. She would do best in a home without cats. She met my 9- and 6-year-old grandchildren and was fine. She crates well but did cry for a long time when put in it at night. I've let her sleep in our bedroom for the last few nights, and she's been perfect. Lizzy is going to make some family a wonderful pet!
6/18/2016: Lizzy's personality is really coming out. She's very outgoing, playful, and loving. She's discovered squeakies, prances around the house with them in her mouth, and at first couldn't figure out where the noise was coming from. She and my grey love playing together outside. She's sleeping in our bedroom through the night with no problems. She's a real sweetheart who will make you laugh every day!
7/6/2016: Lizzy is quite a character--very energetic, inquisitive, and funny. She trots around the house with a toy in her mouth, and can play pretty rough, so she might be better in a home with older children. I love the way her ears cross over her head. She's eating and sleeping well and was not at all disturbed by the fireworks, but doesn't like going out in the rain. You're missing out on a great companion!
7/25/2016: We went to our first Meet and Greet yesterday, and Lizzy did great. She never sat down, greeted everyone with a nuzzle, a lean and a tail wag. She loved it! Everybody thought she was beautiful. She also went to Greyhound Resort the weekend before and had a very good time. Bruce and Katie described her as 'feisty.' That's true--she is no wallflower!
9/10/2016: Liz arrived at her new foster home this week. She is so pretty with the rich reddish brindle shiny coat. And she has been a perfect angel and excellent distraction for her foster brother and sister who lost their buddy. She has had no accidents and settled in so fast. She already knows all the rules of the house and honestly, this foster mom can't figure out why no one has snapped her up. She's loving. She just wants to be with her foster mom. She is very loyal and sweet. Someone will be so lucky to have this sweetie as their companion.
